ปกตินวดบ่อยและนวดมาหลายที่เป็นประจำ วันนี้มาสายไป 5 นาที น้ำมันอโรม่าก็ไม่ได้ให้เลือก ไม่สอบถามใด ๆ เข้าไปรีบเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าทันที พนักงานนวดบอกให้รอก่อน เดี๋ยวเดินเข้ามา รออยู่พักใหญ่มากกว่าพนัดงานวดจะเดินเข้ามา กินเวลาช้าไปอีกมาก เหมือนอู้เลยอ่ะค่ะ เริ่มต้นด้วยการนวดหลังก่อน เคยเจอแต่ปกติเริ่มนวดที่ขาก่อนค่ะ มาถึงก็เรียกแทนตัวเองว่าพี่ พี่อย่างนั้น น้องไปเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าก่อนนะ น้องๆๆๆ ส่วนตัวไม่มีปัญหากับการโดนเรียกเช่นนี้ในร้านนวดชม.ละ 200-300 บาท แต่ถ้านี้คือโรงแรม 4 ดาวก็ควรให้เกียรติลูกค้า และฝึกพนักงานมาดีกว่านี้นะคะ พนักงานพูดเยอะมาก นวดน้อยมาก เรียกว่าจับและเอาน้ำมันทาเป็นส่วนใหญ่ จบคอร์สแบบเร่งรีบและรวดเร็ว ยังตึงไปหมดทุกส่วน ไม่ช่วยอะไรเลย คืนเงินฉันมาได้ไหม รู้สึกแย่มาก พนักงานเลิกนวด 19.30 น. เป๊ะ พร้อมพูดว่า น้องคนสุดท้ายแล้วค่ะเนี่ย… …คือดิฉันผิดตรงไหนคะ นัดคิว 18.30 น. ก็ต้องเลิก 19.30 น. อยู่แล้ว เข้าใจว่าเราไปสาย 5 นาที แต่ยังโดนกินเวลาอีก หมอนวดคงเหนื่อยและอยากกลับบ้านมาก ๆ แล้วล่ะค่ะ ไม่ไหวเลย นึกว่ามาร้านนวดแบบปูเสื้อกับพื้นอ่ะ สถานที่ในห้องน้ำเก่าๆ ไม่รีโนเวท ห้องสุดท้ายค่ะ ห้องน้ำค่อนข้างสกปรก เก่า อุปกรณ์มีรอยผุผัง ตู้เสื้อผ้าก็สกปรก หวีที่วางไว้ให้ก็ไม่ได้ผ่านการทำความสะอาด คุณภาพมาตรฐานแย่มาก สำหรับสปาโรงแรม ครั้งเดียวเลิกและไม่แนะนำทุกคนต่อค่ะ ขอจบการรีวิวแล้วไปหาร้านนวดต่อ
