ใช้บริการเป็นครั้งทีสองแแล้วค่ะ ทุกอย่างดีหมด แต่มีเรื่องนึงค่ะที่ไม่โอเค เราโทรไปจองคิวล่วงหน้า 3 วัน แต่พอใกล้วันจะไปนวด พนักงานโทรมาบอกว่า ช่วงเวลาที่เรามานวด มีการเจาะกำแพงพอดี แปลกดีนะคะ สงสัยตั้งแต่ตอนโทรมาแล้ว แล้วบ้านเราอยู่ค่อนข้างไกลจาก รร. แต่พอมาถึงหลังจากใช้บริการเสร็จ ได้ยิน พนักงานคุยกันว่ามีคิวต่อจากเราเลย สรุปคือโกหกเรื่องเจาะกำแพงใช่ไหมคะ??????????

สวัสดีค่ะ จากทีมงานอวานีสปาสุขุมวิทค่ะ เบื้องต้นคุณ NongNuch จองเวลา 16.00 มีแพลนการเจาะผนังจริงหลังจากที่จองช่วง 16.00 จึงขออนุญาตแจ้งเลื่อนเวลาของคุณ NongNuch เป็น 15.00 และมี ลูกค้าต่อจากการเจาะช่วง 16.45 และได้แจ้งช่างโรงแรมให้เริ่มการเจาะหลังจากที่คุณผู้หญิงออกจากสปาค่ะ (ช่วงเวลาเจาะจริงคือระหว่าง16.10-16.40) มีการเข้าใจผิดและไม่ได้รับการอำนวยความสะดวกประการใดทางสปาขออภัยมา ณ ที่นี้ค่ะ
