Down Perm is a Korean technique to reduce the side of the hair to attach to the head. Suitable for customers who like to cut the sides without white but look short. The hairdresser will collect the side hair by using a technique to press the puffiness of the side hair instead of plowing. The result will look shorter attached to the head shape, like a short plow, but black, not white.

Men can also enjoy the added texture to their hair. In a partial perm only the top “length” of the hair is permed, where the shorter, usually faded sides are left as their natural texture.
