ได้ดีล 1299 ถ้าเทียบกับราคานี้ก็ถือว่าคุ้มค่า เพราะมีทั้งสครับ แช่น้ำ นวด แต่ถ้าราคาเต็มแล้วการบริการประมาณนี้คงไม่กลับมา เพราะมีคุณภาพของโรงแรม 5 ดาว ติดอยู่ คือ 1. ตัวสปา/ห้อง/อาคารค่อนข้างเก่า ห้องต้องลงบันไดไปนะคะ มีอายุหน่อย ขาไม่แข็งแรง หรือท้องคือหมดสิทธิ์ และระหว่างนวดมีเสียงห้องข้างๆ แทรกบ้าง แต่เป็นเสียงพวกล้างแก้ว เก็บอุปกรณ์พลาสติก ไม่ใช่เสียงพูดคุยค่ะ 2. Facilities ที่มีในห้องนวด ควรมีมากกว่านี้ หรือแบบสำรอง หรือเพิ่มในแต่ละเสต็ป เช่น slipper ปกติขึ้นจากน้ำก็คือคู่เดิมอาจจะเปียก ก็ควรมีให้เพิ่ม ไดร์เป่าผมควรมีเตรียมให้ เพราะขึ้นจากน้ำบางทีผมก็เปียกได้ ผ้าเช็ดตัวเริ่มเปื่อยแล้วแต่ก็นุ่มดี ผ้าเช็ดผมให้อะไรแบบนี้ด้วยค่ะ แล้วก็ไม่แน่ใจว่าเป็นช่วงเย็นวันหยุดด้วยไหม ห้องคือสะอาดแต่ไม่ fresh เท่าไหร่ 3. การนวดและการสครับถือว่ามาตรฐาน แต่ไม่ใช่มาตรฐาน luxury hotel/spa การบริการของผู้นวดก็ไม่ได้ friendly มาก แต่ไม่ติดอะไรค่ะ 4. กลิ่นในห้องนวด เหมือนมีกลิ่น wax หรือแลกเกอร์ไม้ ไม่แน่ใจ แต่ไม่ใช่กินน้ำมันนวด แต่ไม่ได้รุนแรงมาก เพราะนวดๆ ไปกลิ่นผลิตภัณฑ์ก็กลบหมดแล้ว 5. น้ำมันนวดถือว่าโอเค แต่กลิ่นไม่ได้สดชื่นขนาดนั้นค่ะ 6. ควรให้เวลา break time มากกว่านี้นิดนึง เช่น หลังกระบวนการทั้งหมด ให้เวลาแต่งหน้า ทาแป้ง (พกไปเองนะคะ) 7. ใส่ slipper ถ้าใส่ตั้งแต่ด้านหน้า ขากลับก็ควรให้มาใส่ด้านหน้าค่ะ เพราะว่าโควิดด้วยอะไรด้วย ขากลับคือใส่รองเท้าตัวเองในห้องนวดเลย ก็เลยแบบเอ๊ะ แสดงว่าคนนวดก่อนหน้าเราก็ใส่รองเท้าตัวเองในห้องนวดใช่ไหม เลย concern เรื่อง hygiene ค่ะ สิ่งที่ชื่นชมคือ 1. Reception ดีมาก น้อง ผช คอนเฟิมนัดตั้งแต่จองได้ไม่ถึง ชม. แนะนำอะไรๆ ดีมาก 2. สครับมีให้เลือกหลายสูตร ขมิ้น กาแฟ มะพร้าว เกลือ ข้อที่อยากแนะนำคือ 1. ไม่ควรจองวันหยุดช่วงเย็น เราว่าน่าจะเกี่ยว เพราะ facilities รวมถึงคนเหนื่อยแล้ว 2. ไปก่อนเวลาเล็กน้อย จะได้มีเวลาดื่มน้ำ เปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้า เพราะค่อนข้าง rush เหมือนกันในทุกๆ ขั้นตอน แอบผิดหวังเล็กน้อยเพราะเป็นโรงแรมดังอยู่ ไม่ได้ Wow factor แต่ก็ทิปแยกเพิ่มให้ปกตินะคะ เพราะทุกคนทำหน้าที่ตัวเองได้ดีตามมาตรฐานแล้วค่ะ
