The place is nicely designed but needs maintenance. ACs not working. Very low water pressure in private Onsen shower, barely just dripping. Water temperature in private Onsen not hot enough for onsen standard. Lacks security. Anybody can walk up to the ladies onsen area on 3rd floor as there is no access card and no staff on duty. Staff was friendly enough but did not speak Thai well. When I first went in to the common Onsen area no AC was on and it was quite hot. I had to ask the staff to turn it on. 1 AC was broken and the other one was not working properly. It was around 2pm on a Saturday. The place was completely empty. The Thai massage was good though. One of the best I’ve had. Also hanging laundry in the parking lot where it was clearly visible is not a pretty site. If these issues can be fixed it would actually be a really nice Onsen.
