Good experience, she was new but good pressure and friendly.. they have onsen, jacuzzi and sauna but onsen and jacuzzi weren't hot. They were just warm water. should improve frontdesk as I called and messaged to book for a session on 17th but had to move to other day, when I called the reception, they didnt have my booking from when I first booked!! So I rebooked for 18th, I walked in and they werent really prepared for customers and asked me as if they didnt have the booking again.
