Gym Ball is a new trending sporting device used in fitness, characterized by a giant round ball of various colors, where users must combine strength and softness. Initially, this device was designed for physiotherapy patients, using it to improve the flexibility and balance of the patient's body.

Later, it was developed to be used for various forms of body management and quickly gained widespread popularity. For reasons that can strengthen the body's management in ways that we cannot normally manage, which increases the flexibility of the body. Zumba class for 60 minutes

Zumba is a type of aerobic exercise that uses alternate slow and fast rhythm. Zumba dance is based on salsa flamingo and meringue dance, which is popular in Latin American countries. This makes the dancers feel more enjoyable than regular exercises. Dancers don't need skills or background to dance before, as they don't have to count the beats like regular dance.
